Hotel and Restaurant Services
This program is designed to equip the students to develop and enhance their knowledge, skills, and work ethics in the hotel, restaurant, spa, cruise, and other hospitality-related industries.
It covers operations in food and beverage, front and back office, food production, event planning, hospitality accounting, and many more.
Upon completion of the program, the student will also attain several certifications in food handling, bar and cafe operations, property management systems, Department of Tourism training, basic training, basic first aid, occupational health and safety in the workplace, and the Basic Labor Code.
